29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: On or about February 27, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that a metal (steel) fabricated mezzanine weighing approximately 1300-1800 lbs was stored in a safe and secure manner which protected employees from the mezzanine tipping or falling over. The mezzanine was manufactured on site at 1405 Home Ave., Akron, OH.
