29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) An employee was exposed to a caught-in/struck-by hazard when he moved a scissor lift, without the supervision and direction of a competent person, through a double door to access a theatre in that the opening was 6'11" high and the top rail of the scissor lift was 6'6" high, leaving only a 5" clearance between the door frame and the top rail of the scissor lift.
