29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Fit testing. The employer shall ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter. a) Finishing Department - On or about June 2014 - February 10, 2015, a finishing/sanding employee was required by the employer to wear a 3M 8511 N95 respirator at all times while in the workplace. Prior to 2/10/15, the employee was last fit-tested in January 2013. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
