29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Lot Next to 1471 Olmstead Drive, Bear, DE - Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet above ground level while installing trusses in a residence. Observed on February 19, 2015. NOTE: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records. 1. The employer 4 X 4 General Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997801, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/14, with respect to a workplace located at Retail Building E, 4717 Freemansburg Ave, Bethlehem PA 18020. 2. The employer 4 X 4 General Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998338, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/24/14, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Grant Wood Way, Evesham, NJ. 3. The employer 4 X 4 General Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990967, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/14, with respect to a workplace located at The Mews at Laurel Creek, Lots 16, 17 & 18, Centerton Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. 4.
