29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: On or about February 19, 2015: Employees working at the facility located at 2238 Washington Road, Thomson, Georgia are exposed to entrapment hazards. The emergency exit lights over the exit doors in the facility were not operating properly to provide the employees lighted access to exit the building safely. 1. Emergency exit lights over the exit door in the spin finish storage area. 2. Emergency exit light over the side exit door was broken.
