OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 2/17/2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from a truck backing up in an area with workers picking produce without the driver being able to see in the path of travel behind the vehicle.
