29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 3160 Taylor Road, Montgomery Alabama: On or about February 11, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated aerial lift basket had attached their lanyards to the basket exposing employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground below.
