29 CFR 1910.28(a)(1): Ladders or scaffolds were not furnished for employees engaged in work that could not be done safely from the ground or from solid construction: On 2-3-94 an employee was engaged in maintenance activity along the south edge of the roof at 29200 Aurora Road and was not provided any fall protection or the proper equipment to safely conduct the repair of the light fixture.
