29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(1)(ii): Representative 8-hour TWA employee exposures were not determined on the basis of one or more samples representing full-shift exposures for each shift for each employee in each job classification in each work area: (a) On and before 02/16/2015, at shop, for employees performing maintenance and inspecting locomotives with damaged Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). The employer did not perform initial exposure monitoring during hot inspection when locomotive is running and when they open engine compartment during maintenance.
