29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: At the jobsite, in the yard area, energy control procedures were not developed or implemented for employees performing maintenance on equipment, to include but not limited to a Etnyre low boy trailer attached to a Kenworth tractor, where parking brakes were disengaged and the wheels were not chocked, exposed the employees to the hazard of being struck-by and crushed-by the equipment.
