29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10): The top of a non-self-supporting ladder were not placed with the two rails supported equally: a) This violation occurred on or about February 4, 2015, when an employee set a portable extension ladder in the back of a pick-up truck and climbed the ladder to disconnect overhead telecommunication lines from a house scheduled for demolition. The employer did ensure a non-self supporting ladder was not leaned on telecommunications lines.
