Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a collapse of a masonry wall while performing rehabilitation work on the masonry and wall lintels (shelf angles). Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to implement and enforce adequate masonry removal and shoring procedures such as those stipulated in a document entitled "Typical Demolition Procedures Which Involves The Removal Of Three(3) Courses of Brick Masonry And Shelf Angle" which is included in the written safety and health program of the employer, Fred Berglund & Sons, Inc.,
