Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of contact with live electrical parts at 7129 Westfall Road, Frankfort Ohio. on or about 02/05/90 due to insufficient inspection by supervisory personel or other appropriate responsible persons to ensure that policies and procedures were being followed to prevent such expos- ures. a) Among other methods feasible and acceptable abatement methods to cor- rect this hazard are: 1. To assign the responsibility for ensuring company safety policies and procedures are followed to a person on site. 2. Conduct regular and frequent inspectors of job sites to ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
