Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to falling parts caused by a mismatch between the part and the lifting device. The lifting devises are not marked to identify the appropriate device for the part: One feasible and useful abatement method for reducing the hazard is to label each lifting device so that the operator will be able to match the lifting device to a specific part. Provide training and information to the machine operator(s) in the selection and use of the lifting
