29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a.) Shiloh Industries, Inc. dba Wellington Stamping located at 350 Maple St. Wellington, OH 44090; On or about February 5, 2015, the employer did not assure employees were trained to understand and perform energy control procedures. Employees are required to clear jams on the 01C Danly 250 OBI Mechanical Power Press and do not deenergize the press exposing them to amputation hazards.
