The employer must train each competent person and each qualified person regarding the requirements of this subpart applicable to their respective roles: a. On or about January 26, 2015, at the above located jobsite, the employer did not train each competent person regarding the requirements of Subpart CC. Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with crane assembly and disassembly.
