29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) Residential apartment, Clubhouse renovations: On or about January 8, 2015, employee(s) were exposed to chemical hazards such as skin and/or eye irritations while applying floor adhesive (Centi 6000 SP Special Purpose Adhesive) and were not provided with Safety Data Sheets to notify employee(s) of hazards associated with the chemical. b) Residential apartment, Clubhouse renovations: On or about January 8, 2015, employee(s) were exposed to chemical hazards such as skin and/or eye irritations while applying interior wall paint (PPG Speedhide Interior Acrylic Latex) and were not provided with Safety Data Sheet readily available to employees.
