29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: a) Citizen Bank Center, 7th Floor, 919 N. Market St., Wilmington, DE (Site of Office Renovation) - The employer did not develop a hazard communication program in accordance with paragraph (e) of 29 CFR 1910.1200 for employees working with potentially hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, OSI Green Series Formula 38 Adhesive and MINWAX® High Build Polyurethane, Semi-Gloss. In addition, these employees, potentially exposed to the hazards posed by these chemicals, did not receive information and training in accordance with paragraph (h) of the same Standard. Identified on or about January 23, 2015. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
