29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about January 27, 2015, employees were exposed to trip hazards when the only way to get to the platform workstation for the employees working on the flex line for Lines #4 and #5 was to step over the structure supporting the overhead conveyor and the structure used to control tote storage location.
