29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a)Guillen Construction @ Artspace Loveland Lofts, 140 West 3rd, Loveland, CO 80537: On and before January 21st, 2015, the employer did not ensure the poured in place concrete stairs having 5 risers between the ground level and first floor landing was equipped with a handrail/stair rail on the open side. The condition exposed construction personnel to a fall hazards.
