29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: Nowak Construction Co., Inc. - On or about January 16, 2016, the employer failed to report to OSHA a work-related in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours of the incident. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
