29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 105 Morgan Woods (Front of House) Auburn, Alabama: On or about January 6, 2015 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 11 feet to the ground below while engaged in framing activities without any fall protection. b) At Lot 105 Morgan Woods (Rear of House) Auburn, Alabama: On or about January 6, 2015 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 11 feet to the ground below while engaged in framing activities without any fall protection. c) At Lot 105 Morgan Woods (Rear of House) Auburn, Alabama: On or about January 6, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to install guardrails around the open areas where employees were getting on and off the ladder exposing his employees to fall hazards of 10.2 feet to the floor below.
