29 CFR 1910.410(a)(1): Each dive team member did not have the experience or training necessary to perform assigned tasks in a safe and healthful manner, is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1071 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about February 4, 2015, at the jobsite, 1 East 11th Street - Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not ensure employees who were performing underwater dive operations were experienced or trained in order to perform the assigned task in a safe and healthful manner.
