29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5). a) Inside the warehouse- Employees were permitted to operate Crown, Toyota and Caterpillar powered industrial trucks without being certified; on or about 02/08/12. Repeat Coca Cola Refreshments was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 15817064, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 801 E Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
