Employers are required to provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection is feasible and does not create a greater hazard. Site: 101 West 28th Street New York, NY On or about 12/10/14 a) Employees working from approximately 70 feet high were exposed to fall hazards. The employees had a harness but were not tied off.
