29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On the jobsite located approximately at 1706 Nebraska Street, Blair, NE 68008: The employer is failing to ensure that employees using a Werner Pump Jack Scaffold were protected from fall hazards greater than 10 feet while installing vinyl siding. An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 15.1 feet on the West side of the residence.
