29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board. a) On or about 12/10/2014 #2 Winder platform above the embosser wheels was not properly guarded with a standard railing. The equipment for the embosser wheels reached approximately 20" high from the platform with no railing above that and a potential fall to the cement floor of approximately 65".
