OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: On or about October 13, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from a fiberglass step ladder while not using it in the fully-open position. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.
