29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: Rebar Department, On or about November 26, 2014, employees were exposed to struck by hazards, when using an air nozzle missing the tip; when dead ended the air pressure tested over 70 psi, while employee used the air nozzle to clean the steel chips on rebar bender.
