29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: On or about November 26,2014: a) Employees were exposed to caught in hazards when utilizing an air compressor to supply pneumatic power for nail guns was missing a guard, that covered the flywheel and belt system. b) Employees were exposed to amputation hazards when using circular saws that had the guard bypassed by a piece of wood wedged between the frame and guard mechanism.
