29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: L-3 Displays, Alpharetta, GA - SMT Room - Electronic Assembly Technicians steam cleaning circuit boards with compressed air, and Inspection Assembly Technicians working in the SMT room were exposed to noise in excess of 85 dBA. A noise monitoring program was not developed by the employer, on or about 11/20/14.
