29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c). On or about November 17, 2014 and times prior there to, at the workplace located at or near 7001 Hillwood Rd. Little Rock, AR, employees performed trenching work without adequate cave-in protection. This condition exposed employees to crushing hazards.
