29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Southeast Balcony, Rear of Main House - On or about November 3, 2014 employees was working from a mobile scaffold that was at the edge of a balcony. The scaffold did not have guardrails to prevent employees from falling 17 feet to ground.
