29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access: A. On or about November 12, 2014, Hallway: Exit access at back of store was reduced to 23 inches near the emergency exit. B. On or about November 12, 2014, Store Room: Exit access through the store room to the emergency exit was reduced to 22 inches. Forever 21 Retail, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 790781, Repeat Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington Mall, Burlington, Massachusetts. Forever 21 Retail, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315641373, Serious Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Commons Way, Bridgewater, New Jersey.
