29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. ------------------------------------- INSTANCE A DELETED ------------------------------------- (a) 60 Steamboat Boulevard, Manchester Pennsylvania, dock - Employees operated powered industrial trucks on the dock floor where holes have developed in the surface. The employer did not ensure that the aisles were maintained in good repair, on or about November 6, 2014. The employer did not ensure that the aisles were maintained in good repair, on or about November 6, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
