29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms must be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) On November 3, 2014: Employees were exposed to a slip, trip, or fall hazard when numerous extension cords were running from one cashier station to another cashier station. (b) On November 12, 2014: Employees were exposed to a slip, trip, and fall hazard when numerous cords and hoses were left uncoiled in and around the passageway to the store room.
