29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about November 4, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working below residential roofing operations were not wearing hard hats to protect against falling material and debris. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
