29 CFR 1926.200(i): The employer shall comply with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z35.1-1968, Specifications for Accident Prevention Signs, with respect to rules not specifically prescribed in this subpart. The employer did not use safety instruction signs where there was a need for general instruction and suggestion relative to safety measures as referenced in (ANSI) Z35.1-1968 Section 4.3; a) 70 Christopher Columbus Dr, Jersey City, Loading dock area The employer did not post hard hat requirement signs in the loading dock area accessed by employees making deliveries. Violation observed on or about 11/03/2014
