Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards created by the unsafe condition of the white 6 x 6 army truck cab not being proberly secured to limit cab movement, a broken and cracked window protruding metal from the side of the cab entrance areas and fenders and no door on the operators side: a. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazard is to replace the cab, or replace and repair the above components, on or about March 24, 1992.
