29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed, and materials were placed within the exit route: (a) Backroom area: On or about October 31, 2014, the exit routes were blocked by boxes of merchandise, and were not kept free and unobstructed. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951336, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston RI 02920.
