29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about 10/21/14 - 1022 13th Street East, Tuscaloosa, AL, employees working beneath employees installing 4'x 8' sheets of plywood were not protected from falling objects such as wood, nails and tools.
