29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Location - 471 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA: On or about 10/2/14, the employer failed to ensure the unused openings in electrical panels, cabinets, and motor control centers were effectively closed.
