29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board. On or about October 9, 2014, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5-10 feet when they climbed onto catwalk such as, but not limited to the following to perform maintenance and to cut threads: a. 16-1 machine b. 16-2 machine c. 8-foot machine
