Abstract: At 8:15 a.m. on October 6, 2017, Employee #1, employed by an erosion control and site services company, was operating a skid loader at a multiemployer construction project, a commercial building. As he drove the skid loader down a steep slope, the loader flipped over, and Employee #1 was ejected. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for head trauma, multiple fractured ribs, and a fractured collarbone.
