Abstract: At 7:50 a.m. on September 1, 2017, an employee was using an air hose and wand to clean up sawdust in a basement. The employee walked behind the machine guard next to the moving belt and roller. The employee was pushing the air wand through an opening in the conveyor belt to the upper deck. While pushing the air wand through the opening in the conveyor, a roller caught the employee's left sleeve and his left arm wrapped around the roller. The employee sustained lacerations on the elbow and abrasions.
