Abstract: At 3:00 p.m. on August 28, 2017, Employee #1, employed by an electrical services company, was installing electrical wiring for a commercial building's ceiling light fixtures. He was working from a scissor lift when he received an electric shock from live electrical wiring. Employee #1 fell from the lift, a fall height of 8 to 9 feet.
