Abstract: At 7:30 p.m. on May 27, 2017, an employee was building tires. The employee was straightening a piece of folded rubber. The employees hand was caught between the drum and the bladder of the tail stock resulting in amputation of the small finger and partial amputation of the ring and index fingers.
