Abstract: At 11:40 a.m. on May 30, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a heating/air conditioning/plumbing services company, was working at a multiemployer construction project for a new commercial building. He was working from a ladder and installing metal ductwork on the second floor when he fell from the ladder, a fall height of approximately 5 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for traumatic injuries to his head and face.
