Abstract: At 12:00 p.m. on July 18, 2017, an employee was installing prefabricated wood trusses on top of an 18 foot tall wooden pole structure. Five cowokers were completing the installation of a purling and the employee walked inside the building. When the employee walked to the south end of the structure, the trusses shifted and collapsed, striking the employee. The employee suffered multiple contusions and lacerations and later died from his injuries.
