Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BOOM-TYPE CONVEYOR MOUNTED ON A TRUCK. THE CONVEYOR CONTACTED A 19.9-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS INJURY.
